Pot.Stir was founded in June of 2010 by bitches who like to eat.  We are:

karenology: an itinerant blogger, knitter, and generally scrappy DIY-er, she spends a lot of time in the kitchen burning and slashing at things.  Food heroes include Anthony Bourdain, Michael Ruhlman, Anita Lo, and whoever is responsible for the utterly brilliant Ruth Bourdain franken-e-creature. Also interested in eating organically and locally whenever possible within budget constraints, as long as it tastes good. Favorite foods include whatever has cheese, butter, and bacon (luckily, Kansas has these ingredients in plentiful supply).
